We always do our best to ship your product to you as quickly as possible. However occasionally delays do occur that are out of our control. If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please reach out to us at hello@alignapp.com and we will help make sure any issues are resolved.  

Any shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only based on carrier information.  We do not guarantee these shipping times.  Around holidays, sales and peak periods shipping delays are common.  Orders placed in December are not guaranteed to arrive prior to Christmas.
