Refund policy
We have a 30-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange your item for a different size or style.
Returns are completely free for all customers in the US, UK and Europe. All other returns are subject to a USD $10 shipping and handling fee, to cover the cost of shipping your return back to us in the US.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email.

You can return or exchange any item within the 30-day returns window and can receive a refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In these terms, a "return" includes an exchange unless stated otherwise.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale & Discounted Items – Returns Policy
All items purchased at a discounted price are considered final sale. This includes (but is not limited to): items marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale", Items purchased during promotional events (e.g. sitewide sales, seasonal sales, Items purchased as part of bundles or sets with a reduced price, and orders where a discount code, first-order offer, or promotional pricing has been applied.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or style, within 30 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange head to our Returns Portal and follow the prompts.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Final sale items are not eligible for refunds
If your item is not suitable, we offer the following alternatives: exchange for another size or item (subject to availability), or store credit issued for the value paid.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies as final sale, please refer to the product page at the time of purchase or contact our team prior to ordering.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. All tags and hygiene seals must remain intact. The return must be initiated within our standard return window.
Please note Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
Return abuse and discretion
We aim to offer a fair and flexible returns experience for all customers. To ensure this remains sustainable, we reserve the right to review return activity and take appropriate action where necessary.
We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to refuse or limit returns, refunds, or exchanges where we identify a pattern of excessive or unreasonable returns, suspected return abuse, or activity inconsistent with normal consumer purchasing behaviour. This may include, but is not limited to, repeated returns, unusually high return frequency, or returns that appear to be worn, altered, or used beyond reasonable try-on.
Repeated returns/exchanges are not permitted and a maximum number of 2 returns/exchanges shall be allowed per customer, irrespective of the number of orders placed.
Meeting our general return conditions does not guarantee approval of a return or refund. All returns are subject to review and approval at our discretion. Neither completion of the returns process nor receipt of returned goods constitutes approval or acceptance of the return.
Where a return is approved, we reserve the right to determine the method of refund issued (if any), including providing store credit in place of a refund to the original payment method, irrespective of the method of refund requested by the customer. This determination may be made after receipt of the returned goods.
All exchanges and any items purchased using store credit (including gift cards, promotional credits, or return credits) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, odour, or damage may be rejected. Returned items not complying with this clause will be destroyed and no refund or store credit will be provided to the customer.
We further reserve the right to designate any order or customer as final sale at our discretion, including in cases of excessive returns or prior return activity.
Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict return privileges for any customer or account at our discretion.
